Hello internet!

We’re coming to you live this morning from an airport hotel in sunny Miami, Florida. Yes, we are on the move once again, this time to the Caribbean, where we will be stationed for the next two weeks. Would you believe that in all of our travels, we have yet to explore the Caribbean at all? We did go to Puerto Rico once, four years ago (does that count? Jury is out…). This time we will be in (on?) St. Kitts and Nevis. I’m excited to fill the pages of this site with lots of beaches and sunsets. And apparently a shipwreck you can get to only by hiking over a mountain.

We have a long flight ahead of us today, so I’ve been squirreling away the best reads on the Internet to devour in the air. And some more for the beach. Let’s discuss, shall we?

The Oscars are this weekend. Last minute list of films to see.

I know, in the depths of my soul, that I have officially outgrown IKEA. Turns out, it’s a fact.

Make typing more interesting.

Don’t wait for your life to happen to you.

Words to consider banishing from your vocabulary. Also: ‘stupid’ and ‘nice’

Would love to need this skill, and soon.

There’s no good greeting card for this.

Extra long books to read while you wait for spring. I recently read The Passage…so bonkers.

Can always use some cake-aspiration.

For those of us with fewer baking skills

Perhaps the ultimate celebrity offspring.

Spring break ideas that don’t rhyme with Bisney.

If we get stuck overnight at the airport tonight, maybe we’ll be this inspired.

Required travel apps.

A few weeks ago we were in Asheville and Charleston. We have big feelings.

A series of important profiles. Women. Ambition. Life. It’s all here.

Finally, note to self, read this after your flight lands tonight.

It’s only Thursday, but because we’re not sure about our internet connection tomorrow, we’re wishing you a happy weekend a day early. Hope yours is filled with a few peaceful moments, brunch and cheering because Manchester by the Sea wins all the Oscars. My idea of the perfect weekend.
